Sandtown Crossing is a 35 acre mixed use development. Current uses are retail, office and daycare. In the Fall of 2020, we opened a new 67,000sf Publix anchored shopping center. We have retail spaces available for lease from 1,400sf up to about 6,000sf. We have outparcels that can accommodate buildings from 2,000sf to 15,000sf.
