Cascade Crossing is a 108,000sf center, the dominant shopping center serving the affluent Cascade Corridor of Southwest Atlanta. Its anchor tenant, Publix enjoys strong sales volumes. Cascade Crossing has been essentially full since we built it in 1996. It is located about a half mile outside I-285 at a full diamond interchange.
